At Doddridge County Humane Society, Inc., all donations and adoption fees are non-refundable. By making a payment to our organization, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason. As a nonprofit, all funds go directly toward the care, housing, and medical needs of the animals we serve. Your contribution helps us continue our mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home pets in need. Thank you for your understanding and support.
